Salmon SEEson Riparian Tour of Issaquah Creek with IATC

Join IATC and Dan Hintz, the Urban Forest Supervisor with the City of Issaquah, on a guided hike along the Pickering Reach of Issaquah Creek to learn about common riparian area native plants and how healthy riparian buffers provide vital habitat for salmon (and possibly spot some salmon in Issaquah Creek!)

This hike will focus on the City of Issaquah’s efforts to conserve and restore riparian and instream habitat along this reach of Issaquah Creek to support threatened Chinook salmon populations.
