IF you enjoy our nearby trails and natural areas, care about wildlife and want to see their habitats restored and protected, or believe in the power of connecting with nature and want to foster those connections for local youth - then this event is for you!
Join Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust on May 20 to connect with other community members who care about these issues and to meet their team members who conserve and enhance local landscapes every day. Enjoy breakfast in the park, hear from inspiring speakers, and then head out on immersive experiences that will provide a behind-the-scenes look at our conservation mission in action. Plus, you’ll learn what it means to be part of a Congressionally-designated National Heritage Area (NHA) and how you can get involved!
The Spring Breakfast is free to attend. There will be a request for donations to support Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust’s work in conservation, recreation, and environmental education.
When: Saturday, May 20th from 9:00 - 11:00 am (optional immersive experiences will follow the main event)
Where: Lake Sammamish State Park, Issaquah
Host: Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust
