Join Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park and City of Issaquah Urban Forest Supervisor Dan Hintz for the world-wide 2024 City Nature Challenge! Take a walk along Sunset Beach to learn about and identify the many unique plants and animals found at Lake Sammamish State Park. This fun challenge is part of a friendly competition among cities across the world and will help citizens and scientists alike better understand local biodiversity. This program requires participants to use the iNaturalist app on a smartphone.
